BEAUTIFUL WORLD OF COMPACT RECYCLING
Outstanding cost-benefit ratio speaks for
RUBBLE MASTER® Compact Recyclers
Over 700 small, medium-sized and an increasing number of large building contractors place their trust in the quality of RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recyclers – flexible, mobile crushing and screening equipment for the cost-efficient processing of residual building waste and natural rock. Using high-performance impact crushers RUBBLE MASTER users make high-quality building materials from a variety of – sometimes worthless – starting materials with only one operator, low wear and high throughput continuity. The crushed material can then be additionally refined with efficient RUBBLE MASTER screening technology.
Many of them use recycling as a second line of business to secure
the future of their business as they can use existing personnel
and equipment to make profit in slack periods. Others take advantage
of the fast availability of the machines which, thanks to their
compact dimensions, are ready for action quickly and without
any special transport permits. Plus there are recycling specialists
who make profits by carrying out a number of smaller jobs "close
to home", even when times are tough in the building industry.
They also benefit from the excellent environmental compatibility
– in particular with the RM70, which operates with no trouble
at all even on inner-city sites where space is limited and residents
have to be taken into consideration. It is always the sum of the
product benefits, the reliability of the machines and the business
acumen that result in rapid success.
It is not until they analyse their actual cost situation in an
amortisation calculation with their RUBBLE MASTER partner that many
building contractors compare the opportunities for demolition and recycling
per year with the costs of acquiring and operating a high-performance
RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recycler. With, of course, the focus on quality.
After all, only with quality in all areas – from rapid
availability to fixed deadlines and high-quality material –
can a company enjoy long-term success and make a healthy profit with
each order.
RM70 – the Star of international shows
How good the concept of optimum environmental compatibility coupled
with ultramodern recycling technology is on an international scale
is shown by the keen interest in the RM70 – the RUBBLE
MASTER inner-city crusher. Following its official launch in October
2004 which was celebrated in a two-day event at the manufacturer's headquarters
in Linz/Austria with some 500 guests from all corners of the globe,
the first 7 machines of this series were sold to Germany, England, Italy
and then to Madeira, the Portuguese island known for its flowers.
The keen interest at international trade fairs such as the SMOPYC in
Saragossa and the BAUMAG in Berne, where the dynamic, smart RM70
was the main attraction at the stand of the RUBBLE MASTER sales
partner, is confirmation of the machine concept: an optimally available,
mobile crusher with exceptional throughput continuity thanks to
automatic material supply and a self-adjusting vibro channel. On site
the RM70 is highly manoeuvrable, even in the tightest of spaces
and, thanks to its thorough environmental concept, a whispering machine
with low emissions. The unrivalled accessibility also makes it extremely
maintenance friendly. Simply the perfect crusher for recycling
applications in sensitive areas.
The ConExpo in Las Vegas was a huge success for the innovative
RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recyclers. Enthusiasm for the compact, manoeuvrable
and versatile made-in-Austria crushers is also growing in the land of
opportunities. The trend towards mobile recycling in the USA and
Canada is also being helped along in the form of a strong team of
dedicated and experienced sales partners.
High quality final product and low environmental impact
With the RM80 this was achieved using a comprehensive package
which you can see from the outside as a special cover over the crusher
to suppress noise. Selected materials have also been fitted to the crusher
inlet to reduce noise. Noise reduction is enhanced still further
by an optimised exhaust system. Inside, the ENVIRO RUBBLE MASTER
features a low emission diesel engine. An intelligent dust suppression
system is fitted at several points to cut down on airborne particles
– both in the crusher and on the discharge conveyor belt.
The ENVIRO is backed by years of experience in optimising logistics
on site to keep noise and dust to a minimum.
The first RUBBLE MASTER "ENVIRO" ever was shown in
April 2003 at the MAWEV Show in Austria – as an RM80 "enviro"
– the most environmentally friendly machine for efficiently
processing building rubble, concrete, asphalt, and natural rock at that
time. With this concept – improved and implemented already
in the developing process – RUBBLE MASTER consolidated
its technological lead and is giving you tomorrow's low environmental
impact solutions today:
