RUBBLE MASTER present their range of economic solutions
for mobile recycling at HILLHEAD 2007
At HILLHEAD 2007 RUBBLE MASTER customers are showing renewed keen interest in the machines produced by the technology leader from Austria. While the latest class of mobile recyclers – the RM100 – cannot be displayed at Buxton due to incredible demand since BAUMA 07 in Munich, visitors can still look forward to exciting demonstrations of the innovative Compact Recyclers.
In the demo area the unique RM70 inner city crusher – predecessor to the RM100 from a technological point of view – will be put through its paces: Compact, silent-as-a-whisper and yet delivering awesome performance in producing high quality final grain. Cotswold Recycling Ltd. In Bristol, who operate two RM70, have been supporting RUBBLE MASTER for years at the HILLHEAD demos and with their many years of experience as contractors will be available to exchange experiences with visitors. The RUBBLE MASTER display at Stand D11 will also feature:
– the entry level model for the profitable world of mobile recycling, the RM60 and the most cost-effective method of processing C&D waste to make high quality graded material in a single pass
– the RUBBLE MASTER power pack in the form of the high performance RM80 crusher combined with an OS80 oversize grain separator screen and re-feeding conveyor.

Complete success for RUBBLE MASTER UK competence centre
With the founding of the subsidiary RUBBLE MASTER UK Ltd. in September 2006, RUBBLE MASTER has clearly underlined the importance of the UK market. All the more pleasing is the successful development of the new network centre. Since October 2006 11 RM crushers and 2 screens have been sold into Great Britain, including the first RM100, which will shortly be shipped. 4 additional RM100s have already been ordered, plus 15 RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recyclers – ranging from RM60s to RM80s – that are to be delivered by early 2008.
"The UK market for mobile crushers appears to be very active at present", says sales manager Peter Hunt from RUBBLE MASTER UK Ltd., "due to the need by most contractors to keep material on site to be recycled. Also the increase in landfill tax especially for asphalt has had a marked effect on enquiries. Besides the increase in aggregate tax for virgin material has increased and will go up further this year."
Peter Hunt (seen left here with General Manager Colin Smith at the last RUBBLE MASTER dealer meeting) and their experienced team in Gloucester have been representing RUBBLE MASTER in southern England for many years. In addition, RUBBLE MASTER UK has met expectations by very quickly developing into a high profile, reliable competence centre to coordinate central spare parts logistics for the whole of Great Britain. This is indicated, among other factors, by a doubling of stores capacity. The customer is now guaranteed the highest availability for spare and wear parts in original RUBBLE MASTER quality, reflecting the growing number of machines in operation at the same time.
With RUBBLE MASTER UK, all British customers get to experience the unparalleled level of service that is standard at RUBBLE MASTER. Thanks to unique RUBBLE MASTER Lifetime Support contact is maintained with operators throughout the entire service life of their machine to ensure that the value of the crusher is retained. This level of support is made possible through regular visits, machine checks, plus tips and updates on the latest developments at RUBBLE MASTER. Feedback and customers' wishes flow back into the product development process.
