TS 3600 – THE MOBILE HIGH-QUALITY SCREEN

The TS 3600 double-deck screen can be fed directly through its hydraulic-folding hopper fitted with oversize grain mesh by a mobile RUBBLE MASTER high-performance crusher, or by a loader. The screen weighs just 15.5 tonnes and thanks to its compact dimensions can be transported without the need for special permits and is ready for action within 10 minutes. The crawler gear is radio-controlled and can be operated by one person. The large-area screen box and an extremely long discharge belt, both can be adjusted hydraulically, ensure efficiency even for critical applications. Maintenance accessibility from the ground and rapidly interchangeable screens ensure no time is lost between jobs.

VS 60 – THE RELIABLE PRESCREEN

High efficiency and best possible results are guaranteed by the optimised interaction of RUBBLE MASTER plant components: The VS 60 prescreen filters out fine particles in the feed material enabling RM 60 compact recyclers to achieve the highest possible throughput with the lowest possible wear. The fine-grained material can be transported away using an SFB 800 side conveyor belt.

CS 2500 – THE EFFICIANT FINAL SCREEN

The container-mobile screen unit CS 2500 is optimized for the RM 60 and sorts the crushed building rubble into two value adding grain sizes. The throughput capacity of 80 t/h depends on the screen angle, mesh gap and feed material.
The conveyor belt is safely integrated into the framework and is folded away hydraulically prior to transport.
